David Hackleman holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Oregon
State University and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of North
Carolina, Chapel Hill. He recently retired as Chief Technologist, Technology
Development Operation at Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis.
